Returned or exchanged products may require inspection. If approved, the process is accepted for items which have a manufacturing defect or don't meet standard specifications as per consumer protection laws.

Return:

You can return the items you purchase from Ebn Sina Pharmacy with a receipt or proof of purchase within 7 days of the date you receive the regular-priced item. In addition, please note:

1. Items must be in the original condition & unopened packaging.

2. Items that were part of a promotion or included as a gift must be returned with the main item.

Exchange:

You can exchange items within 7 days of receiving the regular-priced item with proof of purchase. In addition, please note:

1. Exchange is accepted for damaged electrical items under warranty, if not due to misuse.

2. Promotional or gifted items must be returned with the exchanged item.

Items to return or exchange in 24 hours only:

Medicines can only be returned or exchanged within 24 hours of the time of purchase.

Items excluded from Return & Exchange:

1. Items requiring fridge storage under 8°C

2. Food products and baby milk

3. Pharmaceutical dermo-cosmetics & cosmetics

4. Supports, wearables, and personal use items

5. Sprays, aerosols, inhalers

6. Used wheelchairs, walking aids/supports

7. Damaged electrical items beyond warranty period.
